Job Desciption:
- Perform data entry duties
- Prepare tax invoice and credit notes
- Maintain fixed assets register
- Monitor the stock movement on daily basis
- Assist in preparation of monthly accounting reports
- Involve in general financial and administrative duties, such as data entry, documentation and filing maintenance
- Provide administrative support to the Accounts Executive
- Handle other ad hoc project/duties as and when required
Job Requirement:
- 1-year of relevant working experience is preferred but not a must.
- Knowledge in Microsoft office especially Word & Excel.
- Independent, systematic and well-organised.
- Fluently in English and Mandarin to liaise with 3rd party company who speaks in English and Mandarin
