Job Scope:
- Leave administration
- Staff referral programme tracking
- Spot Award management
- Data Quality Monitoring
- Long Service award administration such as preparing list of recipients every year
- Arrange temporary accommodation including invoicing
- Daily card transmission and staff card printing
- Responding to ex-employees Reference Check and collate new hires’ reference checks
- Adhoc tasks and reporting (leave cover, updating the HRSS dashboard, as assigned)
Job Requirement:
- At least 1 Year of HR experience in related field
- Candidate with HR experience from financial institution preferred
- Good excel skills (Pivot table, V Look Up)
- Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, team player
