- Manage and oversee projects from inception to handover with a view to achieving set targets on deadline, quality, cost and safety.
- Liaise with Sales, Design & Production Departments as well as with contractors, sub-contractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team on client’s design requirements, shop drawings, detailing, installation issues, etc.
- Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards
- Troubleshoot problems arising and rectify/resolve site issues at minimal cost and inconvenience to everyone whilst meeting clients’ expectations at the same time.
