Job Descriptions
• Involved in the Project planning, organizing, and management of the design team to meet the client's expectations and monitor the design process from feasibility studies/reports, standards, design development, technical design, tender document, bid process and construction consultation.
• Meet with corporate heads and clients on a regular basis.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients communicate with the client and advise the client to get the final solution.
• Develop and prepare the Project Master schedule for the project, follow up, review, and revise according to the project by maintaining the deadline of the project smoothly.
• Manage the in-house design time and cost management
• To exhibit strong design expertise development and implementation quality of design and lead design production according to building codes, law, client requirements, and architectural graphic standards.
• To exhibit strong design and technical expertise with a clear understanding of materials, structure, method statement, quality, buildable, and basic MEP systems.
• Prepare and establish the design specification
• Review the Construction document (Materials, shop drawings, method statement ...) to comply with the specifications.
• Dealing with problems coming up from the construction.
• Manage and fully control all the design processes to match the client requirements, timeline specified by the Project management department, expected cost, quality, and standard including the Structural team and MEP team under the Department.
• To exhibit tasks using computer programs such as AutoCAD Architecture, 3D Studio MAX, Sketch up Pro., V-Ray Plug-in, and Adobe Creative Suites at a very good level or higher.
• Prepare and establish the Department Policy, Guidelines, SOPs and Workflow
• Execution of monthly and weekly reports to the General Manager and Managing Director.
Job Requirements
• A recognized bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Must have Architectural design experience in High-rise
• A minimum of 15 years experience in the role
• Good command of English communication both spoken and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Proactive, take initiative, detail-oriented, and able to work fast under pressure
• Must have experience in a Construction Company, preferable with Main Contractor
