Salary Range: Basic $4,000 - $6,700

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 6.30pm; Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Location: Tiong Bahru (Tiong Bahru MRT, 3 mins walking); Whampoa (Newton MRT > 124 Bus,6 stops)
1. Occupational Therapist (OT):
- Assess client history, conduct evaluations, and apply outcome measures per program standards.
- Develop client-centered SMART goals and treatment plans based on medical conditions and best practices.
- Provide occupational therapy interventions, including community integration, dementia care, and ADL training.
- Plan and supervise individual/group physical activities or therapeutic programs for Programme Assistants (PA) or volunteers.
- Conduct caregiver training and home therapy as needed.
- Assist in implementing new clinical services.
- Participate in education, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain client progress documentation.
- Provide training for Foundation services and rotate across programs as needed.
- Handle additional tasks like service improvement, mentoring, and staff supervision.
2. Physiotherapist (PT):
- Assess participant’s clinical history and conduct physical assessments with relevant outcome measures.
- Develop and implement client-centered SMART goals and treatment plans for participants and caregivers.
- Provide physiotherapy interventions, including functional mobility training.
- Plan, supervise, or conduct individual/group physical activity programs, or guide Programme Assistants (PA) and volunteers in conducting these activities.
- Conduct caregiver training and home therapy as needed.
- Assist with the implementation of new clinical services.
- Participate in education, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation of participant progress and care outcomes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HOP or Lead Therapist.
Requirements:
- Fully registered with Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC).
- 2 years' of Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist experience working with seniors / elderly with dementia.
