- To perform arming and disarming premises for FLM/SLM to service ATM machines / vendors to carry out maintenances / IMAC activities.
- To verify physical machine id is tally with FLM/SLM service ticket before disarm the premises for FLM/SLM to service the machine.
- To check and ensure no consumable (Receipt roll and passbook ribbon) are safe keep inside the alarm cabinet.
- To observe FLM/SLM when they are servicing the machine and ensure no abnormality i.e stealing and mishandling happen during the servicing.
- To witness FLM/SLM when they are counting jammed cash or coins.
- To check and verify TEbag information are correct include TEbag is proper sealed and FLM safe keep the TEbag inside the machine.
- To perform “Tug and Pull” at the top and bottom machine fascia door, make sure they are properly lock before arming back the premises.
- To avoid public disturbing FLM/SLM when they are servicing the machine.
- To perform final check at the vicinity and ensure no service equipment or TEbag include used items are left behind before leaving the site.
- To take good care of and do not lost issued items i.e pouch and key.
- Shift work
- AO will have to attend a short course
- All AO shall completed the TP courses before deployment.
- Need to be bonded
- Good to have class 3 license
- Basic: Up to S$2800; Mobile: S$50
- Shift claim, incentive, min OT, car claim (for those who are driving the van)
- 4 zone
