Job Scope:
- Process vendor invoices and payments
- Process staff expense claims and corporate card transactions
- Handle tax requirements relating to payments
- Handle billing and settlement of intercompany charges with subsidiaries and overseas branches
- Review and reconcile temporary accounts
- Prepare vendor spend and staff reimbursement reports
- Handle monthly closing of Accounts Payable system
job Requirement:
- Applicants with Invoice Processing Experience preferred
- Applicants with no prior experience will also be considered
