Main Responsibilities:
• IPO & Corporate Finance: Assist in arranging Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Reverse Takeovers (RTOs), privatisations, fund-raising activities, and other corporate finance transactions.
• Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence and review corporate governance frameworks to ensure compliance.
• Document Preparation: Liaise with legal advisers and accountants in drafting and reviewing Prospectus and other relevant documents for transactions.
• SGX Submissions: Review and manage the submission of required documents to the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
• Roadshow Organisation: Organise and coordinate roadshows for promoting the bank’s equity capital market activities.
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Support financial advisory work on M&A transactions.
• Additional Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department or company management as needed.
Job Requirements:
• A recognized bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business or a related discipline.
• Experience in IPO execution where the bank acted as the “Issue Manager” (Mainboard listing preferred over Catalyst).
• Exposure to REITs or Business Trust IPO execution where the bank served as the “Issue Manager.”
• M&A execution experience with both listed and unlisted clients is an advantage.
• Experience in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) distribution for both IPOs and secondary fundraising is highly advantageous.
• Strong financial modeling skills, particularly in relation to REITs and Business Trust transactions.
