Salary: Up to $4.2K
Job Scope:
- Conduct home visits to provide healthcare services including but not limited to vaccinations and health-screening.
- Perform nursing procedures in a home environment.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patients’ condition and care given.
- Provide accurate evaluation and reports.
- Manage mobile medical services.
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in nursing
- Valid SNB & BCLS
- Some homecare experience preferred
- Comfortable travelling to patient’s homes for visits. (Transport provided)
