On behalf of the hiring company, we seek a suitable candidate to join them as an Assistant Finance Manager (Accounts Payable).
Responsibilities :
Accounts Payable Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Analyze and reconcile accounts payable balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare consolidated accounts payable reports for HiTree reporting.
- Coordinate with external auditors on accounts payable-related matters
Associate Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor the daily performance of TCS associates and provide feedback in quarterly governance meetings
- Generate monthly HBS-SG AP reports and address HBS purchase inquiries.
Vantara Management:
- Monitor the daily performance of Hitachi Vantara associates and participate in governance meetings.
Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor cash flow (Banks & other sources) and process forex orders for monthly payments.
- Prepare monthly and budget cash flow statements.
Additional Duties:
- Perform any other assigned tasks as directed by superiors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting or an ACCA
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of integrity and self-discipline.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidates who do not have supervisory experience will be considered for the Senior Executive position.
