We are a bilingual school (German-English and French-English) with 250 children (between the age of two and twelve) from 19 different countries, embedded in the tropical landscape of Singapore, designed as a learning oasis. Data Management, Communication and HR functions
- Manages the student management tool 'LehrerOffice' (in German), including overseeing data management, providing support, and conducting training sessions as the system administrator.
- Manages and updates data for students, parents and teachers - including photos - across various plateforms.
- Creates and updates Teachers' timetables in collaboration with the Principal using Webuntis.
- Replaces Marketing and Communications Executive for the social media channels, the website and the newsletter management tools during his/her absence
- Creation and Revision of document templates and brochures
- Creation of statistics and graphics for various events and submission to authority.
- Supports the Executive Committee and Marketing and Communication Executive in internal communication with planning, scheduling and content creation.
- Co-ordinate orientation for new employees, including onboarding of new employees from overseas.
- Primary point of contact for overseas Language Assistants.
- Submit job postings, shortlists candidates and schedules for job interviews.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German language
- Ability to work independently and also to work in team
- Strong in multi-tasking
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English
