We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our reputable cleaning company. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client base and contributing to the overall success of the company. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and converting leads into profitable business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through various channels such as Whatsapp, email, cold calling, referrals, social medias and online research.
- Develop a deep understanding of the cleaning services industry and market trends to effectively position our company's services.
- Research and analyse clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients and contractors to foster trust and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Act as the point of contact for clients and contractors, addressing inquiries, heading down for site visits when required, payment collection and/or invoices from clients and/or contractors, and resolving any concerns promptly.
- Skillfully negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure new business while maintaining a win-win approach.
- Coordinate with in-house operation team and contractors to ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to service delivery.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and conversions in a systematic manner.
- Share insights, ideas, and feedback to improve overall sales performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
Salary:
Basic Salary: Up to $3,000.00
Commission: From 15% - 50%
