Job description:
- Assist project lead with vendor management, ensuring clear communication of deliverables
- Support project lead with client management, ensuring no gaps in the support provided to clients
- Mastering of knowledge to manage projects with a stronger focus on audio visual components
- Drafting of event proposals
- Sourcing of event collaterals
Candidate requirements:
- Strong command of the English language
- Effectively bilingual (English / Mandarin)
- Good time management skills
- Good grasp of Microsoft Excel / Powerpoint
- Meticulous / Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently
- Adaptable and quick thinking
- Comfortable with working irregular hours
- Comfortable with flying abroad for projects for short durations (max 1 week)
