JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support strategy development and implementation
- Develop and drive talent development initiatives across the company
- Design the annual people processes, such as performance reviews and engagement surveys
- Support our efforts to promote and enhance our strategic priorities, culture and values (e.g. Leadership, Diversity and cross-departmental collaboration)
- Support in various analysis to ensure that we make data driven decisions
- Identify and implement process improvement through cross-standardisation and process development
- Support on people related projects
- Supports the P&O department with overarching activities and proactively provides input to optimize processes
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant master’s degree or PhD from business school, technical or natural sciences background, with excellent academic results
- A strong analytical mindset, strong problem solving abilities and significant experience with project management
- Capable of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across professions and backgrounds
- Good communication and listening skills
- Ability to drive and manage workstreams independently
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills
- Well-developed consultancy toolbox (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in English, Danish and Scandinavian language (in writing and oral) essential in order to translate P&O processes and frameworks between headquarter and local entities
- Knowledge of Danish and Scandinavian investment landscape for sparring and collaboration between headquarter, local entities and portfolio companies
