Job Responsibilities:
- Advise business leaders direction, strategy, policies, guidelines based on company’s development strategy.
- Be able to organize short and long-term human resources work plans.
- Liaise with team in recruitment, compensation, training, culture, and performance management to improve overall company efficiency
- Be responsible for building the core team and key business team members, and promote the core talent development plan within the company;
- Drive organizational change and innovation to achieve sustainable development of the organization, and assist the company in achieving its business and strategic goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 4 years of senior management experience, preferably with a background in senior management from MNC.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese, as this job requires candidates to liaise with Chinese management.
- Systematic understanding and practical experience in human resources management models, with advanced HR concepts and the ability to guide various HR modules
- Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication, organizational coordination, and analytical abilities, with strategic thinking and the ability to lead the team
- Exceptional communication skills, learning ability, coordination ability, and influence; strategic thinking with the ability to establish and integrate different work teams
- Familiarity with relevant local laws, regulations, and policies
- Alignment with company culture, with strong planning and execution abilities.
