- Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
- Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
- Evaluate employee performance.
- Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
- Coordinate all site and project matter with client, maincon, subcon, vendors, and any related party.
- Plan manpower, tools, material, machinery, hoisting equipment, access, and necessary safety provision.
- Assign tasks to construction each worker and monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers
- Able to work OT if needed
- Must be responsible
- Must able to travel to different site when needed
- Relevant certification for this position
- 3 years experience above
