Responsibilities
- To be responsible for multiple, end-to-end payroll processing for permanent, temporary, contract and outsourcing staff.
- To address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- To perform regular submission of monthly statutory payments and government claims such as Childcare Leave, NS, Maternity claims and other statutory claims
- To manage the submission of employee’s monthly/yearly income to IRAS (IR8A & IR21)
- As the single point of contract, prepare monthly payroll reports, reconciliation of direct debits/credits, update of payroll-related accounting journal, payroll-related accrual, the reclassification of manpower expense, charging out of payroll cost to related entities etc.
- Attend to internal/external audit queries for all the business units and entities.
- General reports, data, headcount, turnover, government surveys and statutory as and when required.
- Assist in reviewing and improving the HR payroll workflow process.
- Provide Professional advice on payroll enquiries on ad-hoc basis.
- Participate in HRIS roadmap project.
- Any other projects or initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-time work experience in relevant role
