We are currently looking for Legal Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Review, draft, negotiate and advise on a broad range of commercial contracts and legal documents
- Provide legal advise to the business and operational units of the company
- Work and liaise with the various stakeholders within the company
- Perform other related duties as assigned
The ideal candidate would have:
- A Degree in Law or equivalent
- 8+ years PQE and called to the Singapore or a common law jurisdiction bar
- Strong commercial background, with good knowledge of contract law
- A strong team player with interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with personnel at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and adaptable and flexible with regard to activities undertaken
