- Conduct meticulous QA testing for new ecommerce platforms and enhancements to existing platforms.
- Identify and resolve defects and inconsistencies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
- Provide invaluable support for the integration of Digital and Ecommerce central/region solutions with local architecture.
- Manage and support Region 3rd Middleware platforms and facilitate daily operations in Ecommerce.
- Manage and maintain effective communication between central, regional, and local teams to ensure seamless operation and implementation of digital solutions.
- Coordinate with various internal teams, including Backoffice IT & CRM, to align strategies and resolve issues promptly.
- Support the daily operations of Digital and Ecommerce platforms, ensuring stability and reliability.
- Work collaboratively with business analysts and QA resources, stepping in as necessary to support project execution and resolution.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Profile
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelors in Engineering or Business
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Ecommerce web and mobile applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Knowledge of web tracking solutions and marketing solutions including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, etc.
- Experience in Middleware component development and integrating back-office IT solutions, operations & 3rd Party Logistics Providers.
- Proven experience in projects developed under Agile Methodology.
- Ability to manage business analysts and QA resources effectively.
- Experience working in the beauty or luxury goods sector.
