- In charge of handling payroll and human resource operations for the designated business unit
- Verify employee absences and allowances through audits
- Respond to questions from staff about payments, absences, attendance, and HR-related issues
- Serve as liaisons between the Technology department and Human Capital (Systems) to address problems or concerns about Success Factors (SF) and time clocking systems
- Verify that shift timings are appropriately interfaced to SF by performing checks in SF-Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Fix any interface issues that arise between internal staff deployment system and SF-ECP, and then run a 44-hr check
- Keep an eye out for mistakes identified by the SF/EC and time clocking systems, and make sure the necessary fixes are made
- Arrangement of gifts/wreaths for eligible employees
- Support staff re-employment process
- Other ad hoc assignment/responsibilities as assigned
