Element has an opportunity for an IT Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of computer systems and involves coordination with external vendors for support and maintenance activity as well as collaboration with appropriate IT teams to raise issues/risks within the environment with a focus to reduce incidents and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
This role is based in Singapore.
Job Duties:
- Maintaining and troubleshooting a wide variety of Windows OS and client software applications, Office 365 administration and cloud applications
- Strong troubleshooting and logical fault-finding skills
- Working Knowledge and experience of IP networking and has a good grip of understanding with Virtualisation
- An understanding of software architecture and database applications
- Diagnosis and maintenance of systems, server, and cloud applications
- Well-equipped knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related IT field or equivalent knowledge with 3 years of related professional experience in providing high quality deskside and remote support to users which includes onsite support for customer to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Proficient in Microsoft desktop and server operating systems, Active Directory, as well as Microsoft Office applications, Azure AD and Microsoft 365 Administration
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (On-premise and cloud) and Azure Active Directory and good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues and learn new technologies & implement them
