Tasks and Duties
- Arranging IPOs, RTOs, Privatisation, Fund-Raising and other corporate finance activities
- Due diligence and review of corporate governance arrangements
- Liaising with legal advisers and accountants in drafting and reviewing of Prospectus and other relevant documents
- Reviewing document submission to SGX
- Organizing roadshows for placement and promotion of bank’s equity capital markets activities
- Merger & Acquisition financial advisory work
- Any other tasks or duties assigned by Head of Department or Bank from time to time
Job Requirements
- Recognized bachelor degree or above , preferably in Business or related discipline
- Having IPO execution working/internship experience - where the bank acted as "Issue Manager" in the IPO.
- Worked on mainboard listing instead of catalyst listing, Reverse Takeovers (RTO) not considered
- Reits and/or Business Trust IPO execution working/internship experience where the bank acted as "Issue Manager".
- M&A execution experience for both listed and unlisted clients will be advantageous
- ECM distribution experience for both IPO and secondary fund raising will be advantageous
- Relevant financial modelling skills for REITs and/or business trust transactions
