Job Summary

This role plays a part in providing excellent service and creating amazing dining experiences for all our dining guests.


Duties and Responsibilities

▪ Play a part in providing high standards of service and creating amazing dining experiences for our guests

▪ Prepare the restaurant for service - table settings, top-up of condiments / service stations, and other preparatory tasks.

▪ Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.

▪ Be well-versed in the restaurant’s menu.

▪ Assist guests with the menu and provide recommendations.

▪ Serve guests with their food and beverage orders

▪ Be able to anticipate guest’s needs and preferences and render timely service.

▪ Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining.

▪ Carry out daily general cleaning duties which includes, but are not limited to,

- Sweeping and mopping of floors

- Tidying up of service stations

- Trash disposal

- Washing and cleaning of serve/glass ware

▪ Execute initiatives set to make sure dining space is clean and tidy, exceeding expectations set under the Government and Company’s food safety and hygiene standards.

▪ Be responsive to telephone enquiries and forward to the relevant person if need be.

▪ Participate in promoting a cooperative, and happy working environment

▪ Any other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager.


Requirements

- With some relevant F&B service experience. Training will be provided.

- Confidence, excellent customer service, and hospitality skills

- Friendly and Courteous

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Well verse in English

- Team player with a positive can-do attitude

- Attention to detail and able to adapt to any situations

- Problem analysis and problem-solving


Working Hours

5 Working days per week


Salary Package:

We offer competitive compensation (based on experience and position) and benefits packages for full-time employment.

Range from basic Salary $2000 to Gross Salary of $2600/$2700
