Team Admin/Project Support Assistant
· Have 3 years of working experience in admin field
· Have experience working for a group or multi-teams
· Have experience in administrative support
· Have budget tracking experience
· Have contract management support experience
· Able to handle documentation
· Have strong experience with coordination work.
· Familiar with purchasing, invoicing, travel arrangements and documentation
· Experience with administration work for project managers and consultants
· Familiar and assisting budget project tracking and coordinating project activities
· Have participation and admin exp with project life cycles
· Familiar with Contract Management - monitor contracts, delivery, and vendor management
· Have good communication skills with good soft skills.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Experience with coordinating events, booking and travel and claims.
· Good with Microsoft Office software, excel, word, PowerPoint and others.
