- Handling enquiries over the phone and counter
Backend Patient Service Associate
- Working and communicating with various stakeholders and team members
- Administrative duties
- Data Entry into system
- Collating, Analyzing and Submitting of reports
Call Centre
- Answer incoming and outgoing calls
- Directing calls to internal and external stakeholders
- Updating of contact details into system
- Handle and resolve complaints
Requirements
- Min NITEC/Diploma in any discipline from recognized institution
- Prior healthcare experience will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, Training will be provided!
- Prior call centre experience will be needed for call centre role
