Responsibilities:
· Responsible for on-site survey, installation supervision, product commissioning, testing and maintenance of network.
· Project delivery/ solution implementation, in coordination with customer and/or cross-functional team members internally.
· Responsible for project tasks assigned and to handle the tasks well within the given schedules.
· Provide remote technical support and on-site trouble-shooting to customers, standby major or critical problems that can’t be solved remotely.
· Perform system configuration and testing, end-to-end integration testing and interoperability test with operators and/or customers.
· Responsible to report and escalate all issues to higher management.
· Require to prepare and process technical documentations (if any).
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree or above in Electrical/ Electronic/ Telecommunication Engineering of related fields.
· No experience required.
· Must be a responsible person, fast leaner, pro-active and customer-oriented.
· Excellent team player with good initiative and ability to perform under pressure and work in fast paced environment.
· Willing to accept a two (2) years employment contract with benefits.
