Job description:
- Day-to-day troubleshooting, diagnosing breakdown problems, enhance servicing on car park systems
- Upkeep and perform preventive maintenance of parking equipment, replacement of parts and components at car park sites
- Co-ordinate and follow-up projects on site
- Resolving technical issues with contractors, suppliers, vendors, and customers
- Involve in start-up works of new car parks and handing over of car parks. Example termination of telephone lines, arrange with contractor to install / remove signs, co-ordinates with contractors to install / dismantle of equipment
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting of car park equipment
- Documentation of maintenance and repair works, purchases, testing records
- Initiate purchase requisition for spare parts, consumable items and works orders
Requirements:
- At least a NITEC or professional certificate in Technical or Engineering related specialisations (Computer/Telecommunication/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Industrial etc).
- Possess a Valid driving/riding license with clean driving records
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, support and maintenance
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Willing to work in different car park locations.
- Willing to work rotating day (AM/PM) shifts including weekends
