(A) Key Functions
Perform inspection, QC testing, maintain 5S, manage scrap and chemical wastes.
(B) Responsibilities
1. Perform inspections of finished goods and incoming raw materials.
2. Assist in inspection of IBCs, including unloading/loading.
3. Manage the scrap materials, including safekeeping, arranging and storing.
4. Manage the disposal of scrap materials and chemical wastes with appointed vendors, including filing of e-tracking with NEA.
5. Identify quality, safety, environment problems and highlight corrective action to Operation team.
6. Responsible to maintain “5S” in all area.
7. Participate in toolbox meeting and highlight all quality, safety, environment problems.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.
(C) Supplementary Functions
1. Participate in the workplace safety and health (WSH) committee.
(D) Skill/Experience
1. Minimum 2-3 years working hands on experience in manufacturing sector.
2. Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 an added advantage.
3. Able to work under pressureand willing to work over time if necessary.
4. Computer literate- MS office must.
5. Able to work with minimum supervision.
