Morgan McKinley is seeking an Accounting Officer for a 3 month contract assignment with a possibility to extend!
Job Responsibilities
- Approve non-PO invoices from external vendors, including recruitment agencies
- Verify student claims and prepare in-service billing
- Process GIRO payments and check batches
- Review and approve claims
- Invoice billings to canteen stallholders/vending machines vendors
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all financial tasks
Job Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Organized and meticulous in handling numbers and data
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel pivot tables and formulas
- Experience with SAP is an added advantage
