Job Description:
- Serve as a key financial resource, providing valuable support to clinical and operational teams in understanding their operating expenses and performance, as well as in reviewing strategic plans.
- Assist with the annual budget and projection updates, and conduct regular operations reviews with stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive financial performance reports and analyses for programs and specialties, offering insights to stakeholders to drive cost control measures.
- Develop a deep understanding of healthcare financials, cost drivers, and subsidy frameworks to deliver effective analysis and recommendations. This includes benchmarking, identifying cost-saving opportunities through data and metrics, and guiding pricing decisions.
- Support both new and ongoing projects aimed at enhancing financial processes and controls.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or knowledge of costing and pricing.
- Proficiency in SAP (FI-CO and ISH), MS Office applications, and data visualization tools is an advantage.
