Job Description:
- Responsible for providing technical support to end-users of accounting and inventory solution
- In charge of investigating, troubleshooting, and provide solutions to user as well as design, develop, test scenarios and test cases and deploy the application
- Take charge of troubleshooting all the hardware and software issues on virtual server, windows server, network connection
- Responsible for creation of all system documentation, prepare backup procedures, and ensure these are kept up to date
- In charge of server preventive maintenance, back-up procedures, network and PC
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation & technical support of accounting or inventory software
- Experience with setup & maintenance of windows servers, virtual machines (HyperV, Citrix) remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall
