Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Property Management team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the department. This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous, organized, and has a passion for delivering high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office administration tasks, including handling phone calls, managing emails, and organizing documents.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events as needed.
- Support the team with data entry, filing, and other administrative duties.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
- Collaborate with the Property Management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Ensure administrative tasks are completed with precision and within set timelines.
Requirements:
- Nitec / A-Level / O-Level / STPM / SPM or other relevant professional certification.
- At least one year of experience in office administration or administrative support work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail to ensure administrative accuracy.
- Experience in the Property Management or Real Estate industry is an added advantage.
