Responsibilities:
- Perform advertisement postings on online media
- To source and recommend recruitment platforms
- Attend recruitment roadshows and career fairs
- Perform first level screening of candidates
- Call candidates to arrange interviews
- Conduct interview for Auxiliary Police Officer (APO) and Security Officer (SO)
- Follow up with candidates
- Apply security license for Security Officer applicants
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
- At least ITE or Diploma or Degree holders with minimum 1 years relevant working experience
- Prior work experience in recruitment will be advantageous
- Highly adaptable in a fast-paced working environment
- Independent and committed
- Good communication skills
