Job Responsibilities:
- Processing new contracts, amendments, and renewals. Maintaining a centralized repository of all active and archived contracts, updating database, spreadsheets, and other relevant documentation
- Tracking contract renewals and expirations
- Coordinating with customers, relevant Divisions, and other support teams to address contract related matters.
- Provide administrative support in the Division (including 24/7 call-centre when required)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using office productivity software
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Job Requirements:
- GCE O Level, GCE A Level, Diploma
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Words, Excel)
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the administrative field
