Job Responsibilities:
- Quality role to handle incoming and in process quality check and control. Govern the quality control with defined specification and update COA per specific customer requirement and specification.
- Triggering for MRB review if found non-conformity of product. Attend I-share meeting Ops and engineering
- Work with internal team for customer quality issue investigation, 8D and failure verification, setting standards for quality.
- Coordinate with internal team on Change Management and call biweekly meeting with team to review the overall change request. Prepare PCN report for notification to customer and align meeting with sales and CS on communication strategy.
- Review product specification and support for banned/restricted substance analysis and coordinate with third party.
- Support on in Process/Product Quality Audit, System and Customer audit
- Working with other staffs to establish procedures and quality standards and to measure against these targets for compliances. Determining, negotiate and agree on in house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
- Team member for PDP Gate3,4 and 5 and work with innovation team on the CTQ , specification and test method during PDP
- Coordinate with engineering team on SPC review and drive for Cpk improvement activities. Assist in internal statistical information, distribution and analysis. Knowledge of SPC and ability to use Minitab/JMP.
- Training to the quality control inspector and competency development
- Engage with inspection equipment vendor on PM, Calibration and carried out GRR
- Annual Capex and headcount planning to support operation
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Engineering/Material Science/Chemistry
- At least 3 years relevant experience is required
- ISO9001 quality management system
- Knowledge in SPC, Minitab/JMP, FMEA, and process mapping
