Your key responsibilities will include:
- Owning CRM-related channels (eg. Newsletters, Marketplace Inbox, SMS, etc)
- Crafting a circular customer lifecycle ecosystem from nurturing & converting to up-selling & cross-selling
- Planning content and activation strategies tailored for each stage of customer journey (pre-sale and after-sale)
- Be the key owner for all customer-database related matters
- Generate reports with actionable insights to guide direction of future activities
- Propose AB tests and new ways of running CRM channels
- Min. diploma/degree in Business or Marketing related fields
- Min. 2-3 years of working experience in CRM-related marketing roles
- Strong content and copywriting skills with high proficiency in English language (spoken and written)
- Possess hands-on experienced in CRM-related platforms and tech-stacks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools (eg. Tableau, DataStudio, etc) is a plus
- Experience in photoshop or any design tools is a plus
