Information:
- Salary range: $5,500 -$7,000 monthly
- Allowances: $550 transport allowance & sales commission
Responsibilities:
- To achieve UPS annual order target for allocated market segment by identify & maximize opportunities;
- Support engineers on post-sale implementation and hand-over process.
- Establish long-term relationships with customers through (physical meetings/telephone/email)
- Interprets customer requirements and delivers quotations to understand their needs.
- Introduce company's services/products to customers in term of quality, price and delivery.
- Negotiates on the terms to meet both customer and company needs;
- Presentations, product demonstrations and training to customer; e.g seminars, conferences, exhibitions
- Responds to customer enquiries such as RFI/RFP, ITT related matters
- Generate forecast pipeline based on market potentials, sales trends, competitors, economic conditions etc
- Provide feedback of customer requirements and needs to Internal/external suppliers;
- Work with Marketing team in the development of sales collateral, advertising, sales/marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering
- At least 5 years of technical & sales experience in UPS
- Understand of Singapore UPS markets
- Ability to build relationship with end-user, consultant & contractors
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, maintaining excellent relationships with key contacts
