Information:
- Salary range: $3,700 to $5,500
- Allowance: $250 transport allowance
Responsibilities:
- Standby 24/7 emergency and customer support calls.
- Provide after-sales technical support, site recovery and maintenance responsibilities to customers.
- Installation, commissioning and on-site training to support the customers.
- Generate a service report to customer in a systematic manner.
- Investigate and handle customers’ complaints related to product failures.
- Investigates root causes of failures and recommend solutions.
- Review and determine the damage, and repairs of warranty claims from distributors.
- Maintain relationship with key customers to ensure issue is resolved.
- Develop service training material, ensures all technical and training documents are updated.
- Provides training to distributors and dealers for service and troubleshooting skillsets.
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Able to travel in the Asia Pacific and South-East Asia region when required
- Knowledge for power generation products, electrical and control system
- Knowledge in electrical and control system (John Deere ECU and KDI ECU) is advantageous
- Able to read and speak Chinese as he needs to deal with Taiwan & China customers.
