- Scheduling of work and coordinating with workers and customers
- Manage phone calls and customer enquiries
- Provide quotation to customer
- Handle customer complaints
- Preparation of invoices
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Filing of documents
- Have experience working in air-conditioning sector
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
- Able to work 5.5 days work week
