Job Summary
You are responsible for developing and delivering mid- to long-term business strategy that aligns with COMO Shambhala principles. You will lead, develop and innovate to ensure COMO Shambhala as a global brand achieve revenue target and profitability across all wellness & spa centers. This role will require you to understand the marketing changes and capable of navigating the business through these changes to remain current. You will build and lead a high performaing organization that fosters COMO Group culture and values.

Job Responsibilities
· Drive COMO Shambhala business across all wellness & spa centers globally ensuring consistency in brand principles, values and customer experience.
· Develop and implement mid- to long-term business strategy that delivers aligned business goals
· Responsible for accurate and profitable P&L.
· Assess effectiveness of current wellness and spa products and services and innovate new business opportunties.
· Identify new business opportunities to capitalise and branding
· Assess and explore new business development opportunites to realise COMO Shambhala brand vision.
· Ensure all aspects of the business is in compliance with all policies, procedures, regulations and standards.
· Ensure Brand vision and voice reaches our consumers and is delivered through their experiences.
· Seek and collaborate with other BUs to amplify customer experience.
· Responsible for coaching and developing teams to build high performing and effective organization
· Responsible for talent development and employee engagement level.
