A global MNC providing secured communications technology is adding a new Account Manager to their team in Singapore. They seek an experienced Account Manager to build / enhance key relationships with new/existing clients within assigned territories. He / She is expected to be the industry expert, meeting clients, providing solutions to establish deals and carry out the solutions with team till project fulfilment.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and drive business strategies for system / solution / service sales to achieve revenue targets and increase market share by building strong relationship with assigned accounts, aligning with overall business objectives
- Create mutually beneficial relationship with clients through sharing industry knowledge in the areas of defence / security / critical infrastructure related technologies
- Acquire a holistic understanding of accounts and align sales strategies to business objectives, collaboration with key internal stakeholders to develop strategies that accelerate access and growth of accounts
- Present solutions to related industry, trade shows and customers to gain business requirements, leads and projects
- Establish contact, business development, mediation of relevant accounts to generate new business opportunities
- Collaborate with HQ on complete system solutions / configurations, pricing and sales and business strategies for projects and business growth strategies.
- Participate in bidding activities and work with internal teams to ensure customers’ needs and tenders’ requirements are met
- Close partnership with Product, Application and Customer Support teams to ensure customers’ satisfaction, and after Sales & Service teams to ensure smooth installation, delivery and commissioning of equipment / system
- Accompany end-users on key / strategic sales calls, customer visits, trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and any other activities required to execute the business strategy
- Regular sales and forecasting reporting, analyse and share industry and competitors’ information such as activities, strategies, pricing etc during meetings
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication or related fields
- At least 8 years of relevant sales, management, account management and marketing experience in related industry and technical knowledge about defence / security / critical infrastructure related industry and procurement processes
- Strong partner management and business development skills
- Sales and results driven, self-starter and committed, resourceful and customer focus, pro-active and independent
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills to effectively work with people of different levels to address issues and attain amicable solutions
- Strong interest to learn about technology and engineering solutions
