As a Patient Service Associate (Clinic Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Arrange patient appointments and issue reminder calls.
- Input insurance details and medical history into the system.
- Validate patient insurance coverage and collect co-payments.
- Manage corporate and insurance billings, ensuring timely processing and follow-up.
- Process card payments and reconcile daily cash deposits.
- Review patient accounts, identify delinquent ones, and collect outstanding amounts.
- Maintain updated patient data and verify information during each visit.
- Assist in triage interviews to gather patient information for prioritizing care.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns.
- Stay informed about insurance programs and funding sources.
- Participate in patient assessment, screening, and registration.
- Support the clinic dispensary and conduct clinical measurements for health screenings and examinations as required.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to medical records management.
- Perform any other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Possess GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels
