Job Description
- Answer the incoming phone enquiries.
- Provide course consultation and ensure proper follow-up.
- Handle and resolve general feedback and complaints.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry and filing.
- Processing of new student registration and payment.
- Provide administrative support to trainer and learners, such as preparation of materials for classes.
- Oversee daily operations of the classess.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.
- Work with business partner to develop and manage class schedules.
- Organize room/location assignments and ensure proper classroom allocation.
- Assist in ad-hoc matters when necessary.
Requirements
- Skilled in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Minimum O Level or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in an educational or enrichment centre setting.
