Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, plan and manage all shipments (inbound, outbound) including ensuring all paperwork and documentation required are correct, complete and on time.
- Track and trace shipments in real-time and identify potential delays to provide timely and accurate updates to stakeholders.
- Evaluate and manage Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) performance, including troubleshooting issues and resolving disputes.
- Source and negotiate with LSPs for favourable contractual terms
- Work with Planning team to plan and coordinate movement of materials based on production site requirements and space availability.
- Drive improvements for day-to-day logistics operations and develop mitigation plans for any potential logistics disruptions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering/ Supply Chain
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics planning
- Experience in managing 3PL
- Experience in handling DG / Chemical Manufacturing
