A Global Luxury brand is looking to digitally transform the organisation and is looking to hire a Strategic IT Manager/Director to join them here in Singapore.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support business growth and objectives
- Overhaul and develop new IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cybersecurity
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems and applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and deliver new technology solutions
- Manage IT budgets (OPEX and CAPEX), vendors, and contracts
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and customer-centricity within the IT team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 12 years of IT management experience, with a proven track record of leadership and delivery
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and services
- Experience in Microsoft Domain Server, Microsoft Exchange Server
- Experience in F&B softwares is a must
- Experience in accounting software
- Prior team management experience is a must, with global exposure a strong bonus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, PMP) are desirable
