Job Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot medical angiography systems equipment at customer sites.
- Perform routine inspections and CM/PM maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement.
- Deliver technical training to clients and internal staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation for FSN/FMI/FSCA reporting on assigned products.
- Develop a higher level of troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Job Requirement:
- Higher NITEC Diploma / Degree in Biomedical, EEE or Mechatronic Engineering.
- OR 1 - 3 years of strong hands-on field servicing skills in medical device are highly advantageous
