Execution & Risk Monitoring
- Perform operations risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate risks
- Monitor our company performance and provide strategic recommendations to make improvements.
Liquidity management and pricing of OTC trades
- Develop and implement liquidity management strategies to ensure efficient capital utilization and maintain market competitiveness.
- Communication with liquidity providers to ensure competitive pricing and execution for clients.
Booking, trade reconciliation and settlement
- Ensure smooth trade management, confirmations, and settlement for our full cryptocurrency product suite.
- Manage trade records and ensure data accuracy across multiple internal systems.
- Improve client experience via data analytics and workflow enhancements.
- Ensure proper asset segregation to protect client monies.
Internal Reporting
- Report to key stakeholders on current performances, issues, and actionable solutions and be able to take lead in completing solution building projects.
LOD1 for Market Surveillance & Regulatory reporting
- Involves the first line of defence in identifying and mitigating risks associated with market abuse and money laundering
- Work closely with AML teams to ensure that market surveillance efforts are aligned with AML monitoring.
- Stay updated with changes in regulations and adjust monitoring practices accordingly.
- Responsible for drafting periodic regulatory reports, using trade information.
Controls and governance
- Verify that the system complies with all relevant regulations and standards, ensure robust security measures are in place to protect sensitive trading data.
- Develop robust standard operating procedures and trading infrastructure, design and drive sustainable automation solutions in Operations to enhance scalability and efficiency of business processes.
User Acceptance Testing
- Verify that all trading functionalities, such as order placement, execution, and settlement, work correctly.
- Validation of Business Requirements, ensure the trading platform meets all specified business requirements.
