- Perform checks on food products, storage, and processing facilities to ensure quality guideline in the vicinity.
- Conduct daily inspections and implement of the factory's food safety, quality, sanitation, and hygiene in accordance with ISO & HACCP requirement.
- Collaborate with the export coordinator to determine the operational needs for export shipments of the food products
Requirements:
- Diploma in Food Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing sector.
- Familiar with ISO standards for Quality and Food Safety
