4 Hours Per Work Day (1pm - 5pm)

Salary: $18 - $25/hour
Job Description
- Perform daily accounting and finance duties, including receivables and payables processing, general ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and issue invoices, SOA, and credit memos in a timely manner.
- Filling and archiving of documents
- Responsible for month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Assist on monthly or quarterly reporting.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma in accounting related
- Strong proficiency in Accounting system (MYOB, Xero, Freshbooks) and MS office
- Minimum 2 year working experience in related field
- Fluent in English & Mandarin is a must due to client base
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Honest and positive attitude
