Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage contractors & suppliers effectively to ensure that the project and on-site works are completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame.
- Strong site management skills, schedule planning and reporting.
- Monitor project's time, cost, quality, scope, resources and risk management.
- Efficiently manage and work closely with clients.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Project Management skills and tools.
- Coordinate with the design team with regards to the preparation/ submission/ approval of shop and as-built drawings.
- Ability to run projects within budget and schedule.
- Study contract documents, perform measurements and timely prepare Bill of Quantities.
- Assist in cost estimation and quantity measurement.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 3 years working experience in Singapore’s construction, engineering and security system industry (or change/ add to in tendering process for M&E works).
- Possesses good communication skills to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates.
- Familiar with AUTOCAD software.
Highlights:
- Salary Range: S$3500 TO $3800 (Depends on relevant experiences)
